Doing an archive shot for today since I was not able to get out because of work. On Saturday when we were in Niagara Falls, we went on the “Journey Behind the Falls” which takes you down to a little observation area where you can see the falls a little closer up. There are tunnels that you can walk down and in the summer you are able to see behind the falls as they pour down. Being winter though, the view for the most part was all frozen shut and the lower observation deck was closed. We were able to venture out onto the upper observation deck where I got this shot. Even though things were frozen over, it was still really neat being down there looking at the falls.
This was taken on my Canon 7D with the 24-70mm F4 L lens at 1/500 of a second at F6.3 with an ISO of 100. It was an overcast day when the shot was taken.
