Microsoft

Microsoft

Today was another busy training day at Microsoft, and although it ended earlier than yesterday, my brain was equally dead. I decided though, that instead of posting an archive picture I would post a shot from my day – which turns out to be the Microsoft logo.

I took this shot on my way out the door and it was a quick grab while the receptionist had her head turned. I wasn’t trying to hide the fact that I was taking a picture, her head just happened to be turned. I was out in the hallway earlier on a call (and while I was paying full attention to the person on the other end) I scoped out the best angle to get a shot. The light was coming in from the door and was perfectly lighting up the word “Microsoft”. When I was leaving the training session, I knew exactly how I wanted the shot to look, snapped it, and got to the car in record time.

I used my Samsung Note 4. It was 100% auto, but Lightroom tells me it was at 1/35, F2.2, with an ISO setting of 100. It was a sunny day when the shot was taken.
