My computer decided it was time to update and it is taking 13 years to complete. This is causing a bit of a delay in getting my post up, but through the joys of owning multiple devices, I am able to start getting this bad boy written up on my phone.
I wasn’t too sure what today’s shot was going to be. I debated doing a shot at the park of either a squirrel or bird or if I wanted to be a little creepy, some stranger’s dog as they ran around the dog park. Instead of going to the park though, Vahida and I thought we would go visit her cousin at Sobeys where he works and then, evidently, get kicked out by his boss after 5 minutes.
After the visit, we took a walk around and ended up in a nature trail. I didn’t have the intention of getting a water shot today, as I didn’t have my tripod, but we saw this nice looking stream, and there was a rock I could prop the camera on. It kinda just had to happen.
This was taken on my Canon 7D with the Sigma 80-400mm at 80mm with the ND filter at -2 stops, at 4 seconds, F32, and in ISO of 100. Today was a sunny day but this was just around sunset and we were in a fairly shaded area.
