Yesterday we made bread and for some fun, we decided to make a little cinnamon swirl. This was standard bread recipe, but when we did the second rise, we rolled the dough out and then put a healthy amount of cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar. Then we rolled it up into a nice log and put into a bread pan to rise and cook.
Today when we cut into it for some breakfast, this is how it turned out! It also tastes delicious and smells awesome when it is toasting.
