I’m happy for the Daylight Savings adjustment, as without it I would wake up and go to work in darkness, and then finish work and come home in darkness, with the sunrise/sunset happening roughly while I’m on the train. At least this way my morning allows for some light as the sun pops up just as I step out the door.
That Sunrise ended up making a pretty nice clear pattern on the wall of an apartment I walk by, and I thought it was neat enough to risk missing the bus to take a shot. Thankfully the bus was late as well.
I would have preferred to not have the green glow from the fluorescent light contributing to the scene, but I didn’t have time to wait around for the shadow to shift.
I took this with my Nokia Lumia 1020, shooting at 1/40 and f2.2, with an ISO of 100.
