Last weekend Vahida and I decided to try a little bit of a different lunch from the standard. Instead of dinner leftovers, a sandwich, or something typically lunchy, we had a little platter of healthy. It was pretty delicious, and today we thought we would do it again and make it a bit of a thing. This time though, we included some lunch meats to up the delicious factor a little. For today’s platter, we had some yellow bell pepper, cucumber, olives, pickled hot peppers, clementines, garlic brushed toast, roasted pepper chicken and bresaola. We had a little bit of hummus that I also finished up. It was a great little lunch.
